At Knack, we take pride in creating high-quality customized products designed uniquely for you. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of personalized products (T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product is defective or damaged
There is a printing error caused by us
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition you received it
Be in its original packaging
Be reported to us within 3 days of delivery
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and issue
Description of the problem
Once your return request is approved:
We may offer a replacement or full/partial refund based on the issue
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping charges may not be refundable.
